Eugene’s Famous London Broil with a Parmesan Cream Sauce

London Broil:

1 London Broil, 2-4 lbs
Ground Black Pepper
Meat Tenderizer

Pre-heat oven to 450 degree.  Trim London Broil of excess fat.  Season with ground black pepper and meat tenderizer.  Wrap in aluminum foil and bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on thickness and cut.

Parmesan Cream Sauce:

2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 Cup Chicken Broth
½ Cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Melt butter and garlic powder in pan over medium heat.  Stir in flour and cook for one minute.  Add broth and milk, whisking constantly.  Cook until thickened.  Add cheese.  Salt and pepper to taste.
